Some babies spend quite a substancial time on the ward. As well as our 'Books for Babies' scheme, we’ve had special NICU Journey Journals designed to give out to babies who will spend over 7days with us. They will allow families the opportunity to document their little ones' story, mark down the mini victories - and the big - for posterity, and to support mindful time on the Unit - journaling is now a proven tool in Mental Health Care.
