One night, 280 guests..... over £14,000 raised!!
It was fantastic to see so many of you out, dressed up and having such a brilliant evening, while giving your support to the charity.
So what we really need to say is a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came, shared the event, brought friends with them, purchased raffle tickets, played the casino or bid on the auction, and overall shared in making the ball quite the success it was. Special thanks to Sub-Committee members who really helped in bringing the event together, and with organisation on the evening.
To continue the focus on the awesome, we had a sell-out raffle! That is beyond brilliant. That means the raffle alone was responsible for nearly £4000 in fundraising. Just ‘wow’! We are so grateful to everyone who provided a prize; businesses, staff and members of the public.
Whilst we don’t want to dwell on some of the issues faced on the evening, we won’t ignore them. We want everyone to know we heard the feedback received, both on the evening and in the following weeks. Therefore, we are delighted to say that the Oliver Fisher Ball 2025 will be held at The Corn Exchange Rochester.
We will be aiming to make it yet another great evening to remember as this will mark 40 years of The Oliver Fisher Special Care Baby Trust. We will be releasing a lot more details and tickets towards the end of the year, so make sure you sign up to our mailing list to hear everything first!
